Bishopsland takes part in a number of shows during the year. These vary from major international exhibitions to local events and includes our annual Retrospective. They form an important part of the year and provide not only the opportunity for members to show and sell their work but also practical training in display, lay-out, presentation, pricing and commercial professionalism. Fellows of Bishopsland also take part in many of these exhibitions with us.

Christmas at Bishopsland 2008 - A new exhibition for the festive season held at the BIshopsland workshops, 21st - 22nd November 2008. View and purchase a stunning range of contemporary jewellery and silver from talented makers and perhaps find that unique Christmas present.

Collect - The Crafts Council's international exhibition at the V&A. Bishopsland has been selected to take part four times since the exhibition was first held in 2004.

Artspace, Henley - The annual open air art show in Henley. Originally for pictures and sculpture it now includes silver, jewellery and ceramics: a good sales opportunity and a great local event.

Top Drawer, Earls Court - A major commercial show in London. Valuable experience and good for finding galleries to show work.

Christmas with Bishopsland - The first show of our year, and a chance to get selling. Varied venues in Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey.

The Henley Festival - A black-tie, high summer event in Henley: music and wine beside the river, and a great sales opportunity.

We usually accept an invitation to show somewhere a long way from base. A logistical challenge, but with a compensating sense of adventure. Recent venues have been:

Presteigne, Powys, Wales - The annual Art and Silver show in aid of the St Andrew's Church.

Bonhoga Gallery, Shetland - Selling, teaching and demonstrating in the far north.

Grapevine Gallery, Norfolk - A delightful small gallery, very welcoming to Bishopsland.

Shimmer at the Shipley, Gateshead - An important contemporary silver and jewellery exhibition.

Silver Sparks at the Gilbert, Somerset House - Celebrated our first ten years at the Gilbert, in 2003.
